- Choose your Class times:
- Functional Strength and Mobility: Mondays either 7am or 5:15pm; Fridays at 3pm
- The Fundamentals: Tuesdays at 6:15pm; Thursdays at 9:00am or Fridays at 7am
With these options, you can easily find a time that fits your schedule, so you never have to miss out on building a strong foundation in movement
