Schedule
We are a SCHOOL of Movement with a curriculum designed to work together to help our students grow. Our curriculum run in 6 Week Learning Cycles where you will learn 3-4 skills per cycle
We recommend all students enroll in at least 2 class during the week, then join us for our All Studio Play on Saturday Morning (all-levels class)
3 Tracks for Students to flow through
- Building Foundation Track - Enroll in the following Classes: Foundation, Balance/Mobility, Saturday’s All-Levels
- Gaining My Footing Track - Enroll in the Following Classes: Foundation/or All Levels, Strength Class, Balance/Mobility
- Jumping to New Heights - Enroll in the following Classes: Floorwork/Locomotion, strength, balance/mobility, all levels Saturdays!
