Pain is the body telling us that things may be out of sync or alignment. We will find ways to increase your specific body's strength and range of motion. As the body heals, pain will lessen and will no longer prevent you from living your best life!

Want to dance your way to a healthier and happier life?
Dancing helps our bodies move the way they want to move naturally. We offer group or private instruction in dances rooted in the African Diaspora for all bodies, shapes, sizes, ages, genders, and members of our community.

Whether it's learning the basics and history of blues dancing, increasing your vocabulary, or refining your techniques, we will guide you on your exploration.
