Our students and instructors are passionate about experiencing a sense of joy and freedom not only in our movement but our bodies. We strive to create a non-judgmental, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. In addition, we believe we all can learn from each other and with each other.
What do we do At Move With EAse?
We explore and discover human movement together in a fun, playful learning environment.
As you've seen from our social media video's we have a ton of fun here.
When we say Movement Training, you might stil be questioning what they is exactly. However, we hope to have tapped into your curious nature enough to come give it a try.
While you might be nervous about beginning something new, or think you are not "fit enough", know we LOVE working with beginners.
What can you expect from our classes?
We are a school of movement and have designed our classes to be unique but complimentarty.
We take a progressive approach to supporting the development of movement skills that you can apply to your everyday life.
Regardless of what class you take, you will build strength, improve your mobility and be one step closer to your goals.
Classes offer:
