What WE offer
We have over 21 classes to help get your body moving and feeling amazing. Ranging from balance training to kettlebells to movement. Classes are relatively low impact, but wil challenge your mind and body. We believe in training the whole body therefore take a intergrative and mindful approach to movement.
Functional Movement
Our body is designed to move, this is why our movement praoctice is inspired by various modalities, like track and field, dance, exercise fitness, yoga, acrobatics and more.
Balance and Mobility Training
Building from a strong foundatin is key. In order to be more effecient and effective, your joints must be able to move through their full range. So developing a stable and mobile body is a major focus
Strength and Conditioning
We are fitness professionals who understand the importance of developing your strength and conditioning your body to handle more. We implore traditional fitness modalities with the end goal of function over aesthetics.
Supportive Community
Havng been apart of many sports teams growing up, we find, that a group setting provides levels of accountability, motivations bonding and support. We believe in developing a safe, inclusive space for us to learn and grow together. And we are not just saying we are a community. We have studio outtings where we can deepen our relationships with our members and their friends.

Pain is the body telling us that things may be out of sync or alignment. We will find ways to increase your specific body's strength and range of motion. As the body heals, pain will lessen and will no longer prevent you from living your best life!
