Our Classes Are Designed to Work Together
At Move With Ease, our classes are intentionally designed to complement one another—supporting your body’s full range of movement needs over time. We recommend attending at least two classes per week to build consistency, improve mobility, and progress your practice safely. Each class offers a unique focus, and together they create a well-rounded foundation for strength, ease, and long-term resilience.
Where to Begin
If you’re just getting started, we recommend beginning with The Fundamentals and Free the Hips and Spine—these classes will introduce you to our approach and help you move with greater awareness and confidence. For those looking to develop strength, a powerful combination includes Functional Strength, Free the Hips and Spine, and our Beginner-Intermediate Movement class, where you’ll build skill, coordination, and control.
Looking to explore something new this season? Our Summer Workshop Series is a great way to dive deeper into specific movement themes, learn new skills, and connect with others in our community. These one-time and short-series workshops are perfect for trying out new approaches without a long-term commitment—whether you’re curious about handstands, rhythm and coordination, or spinal health.
