Our bodies are meant to move and thrive while being essential to our overall health and wellness. Humans are designed for movements like squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling, though habits of a lifetime can put those natural functions out of kilter. This is why our TRAIN TO MOVE class is focused on helping you achieve a life of increased activity while experiencing less pain and discomfort.
You cannot build a house without a solid foundation. Learn how to properly execute foundational body movement patterns. This will help prepare you to handle greater loads and higher levels of activity with more effectiveness! Setting you up for success. - Our Foundation Class is PERFECT FOR beginners - All Levels class will have a nice mix of abilities.

WEst African Dance
Each month will be a 4 week series where we focus on a different dance and put together a small choreography. Missing a class or dropping in for 1 or 2 is perfectly fine!
Classes will start with a short stretch and warm up so that we can loosen our bodies and get in touch with the rhythm of the drum. From there, we will learn moves from the particular dance we are learning that week. Some days we may end class with a solo circle so that everyone can enjoy and show off their new moves. Don't miss out on this fun and energetic class! 1st and 3rd Wednesdays @ 7:00pm
Balance and Mobility
Mobility Training is your ability to actively control and access your full range of motion within a joint. Mobility training optimizes movement and performance by increasing the range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles.
