In this workshop, you will be be guided through our 5 step process to improve your posture and rounded shoulders. Our easy fitness exercises can be incorporated into your daily routine. You will be also provided with the fitness exercises to take home with you and practice after the workshop.
We will be streaming live for those who are not able attend in person!
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
  • stiffness in your upper back,
  • limited ability to reach overhead,
  • breathing issue,
  • tight neck muscles,
  • experience brain fog or
  • frequent headaches.
  • those who work at a computer
  • drive for long hours in a day
  • on their phones constantly

Breathe with EAse

What to bring: mat, pillow, warm blanket, journal
An inclusive, sacred circle centered around reconnecting to your breath & realigning with your nervous system. A space to dedicate time for YOU.
In this two hour gathering, we will do a bit of connecting to release any nerves, doubts, worries, or limiting beliefs you may be carrying with you as we enter this space together.
Following this, we will dive deep into the power of our breath. We will explore what it feels like to fully oxygenate the body. Too often do we live in a constant state of fight or flight.
Living in this state for too long can have us feeling disconnected from ourselves...disconnected from the world... truly lacking connection to our purpose.
Join us as we share, laugh, move, and breathe together. Reminding ourselves what it truly means to be human. Remembering that your breath will only show you that which you are ready to receive. It is all about surrendering to the unknown.
Allowing ourselves to feel...to create space in the body... to connect back to our emotions.
There are some contradictions to doing Conscious Connected Breathwork. Please do not participate if you suffer from the following:
- High BP/ COPD/ Prior Heart Attack- Pregnant- Severe Asthma- Epilepsy- Detatched Retina/ Glaucoma- Strokes/ Blood Thinners- Cancer- Mental Illness/ Severe Depression
